This event is an opportunity to participate in valuable classroom training and share ideas and best practices with emergency responders from across the U.S. Choose from breakout sessions addressing key topics in three tracks: first responder health, safety and training; leadership; and recruitment and retention. The 2025 theme is “Prepare. Protect. Inspire.” which correlates to the three training tracks of recruitment and retention, health and safety, and leadership. You will also have the opportunity to participate in general sessions, hear from keynote speakers, and attend networking events.
