Jessica is a Risk Management Program Specialist with McNeil & Co. She graduated from college with a degree in Visual Communications and has several years of experience in customer service. Jessica is a volunteer fire fighter and EMT with the Homer Fire Department, where she currently serves as Rescue Captain. Jessica actively involves herself in educational opportunities within the fire and EMS industry to stay current with hot topics and understand strategies for success.
