Colby Cagle – is currently in his 20th year as a volunteer firefighter and now resides outside of his hometown of Glencoe, OK with his wife and 4 kids. While volunteering he was a secondary educator and Principal. Colby earned his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and graduated the Oklahoma Executive Fire Officers Leadership Program in 2015 which he now facilitates. He is currently the Managing Editor for Fire Protection Publications and IFSTA. He serves on the VCOS Volunteer Workforces Solutions Recruitment and Retention Council, as a Principal on NFPA 1000, Instructor for VCOS Beyond Hoses and Helmets.
