We will go over the basic information of creating a Leader User Manual. We will explore personal values, needs, wants and desires and to better understand how to deal and work with individuals across diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures. Session objectives:

1. Students will be able to understand their own personal values and how that relates to their own departments mission, vision, and values. 
2. Students will learn to classify what makes them, them by completing self-assessments and understanding what they mean. 
3. Students will be able to complete a leadership tool that they can calibrate to from time to time and that explains who they are to others.
