Corporate Members

Pricing for corporate members is based on membership and meeting sponsorship level. Please register and if there is a fee, NVFC will contact you.

Special Dietary Restrictions can be noted during the registration process.

Cancellations: All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to nvfcoffice@nvfc.org by September 4, 2026, to receive a refund. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Substitutions will be allowed in the event the registrant is unable to attend – and telephone substitutions will be permitted. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with written request received no later than September 30, 2026. Refunds are not available for “no shows.”

NVFC Board of Director's member or a representative of a state fire service association who is not a Board member.

Host State Representative

A member of the Kentucky Firefighters Association, Indiana Volunteer Firefighters Association, or Green River Firefighters Association who is assisting at the Conference and not attending as a "representative" of their state association on policy or NVFC general business.

Corporate Member, Mtg Sponsor

You will be contacted if a registration fee applies.

Invited Corporate Partner/Speaker

An invitee who is representing a sister NVFC organization or a fire service partner who is addressing/speaking at the conference (and is not a corporate member or conference sponsor).
