You’ve got a great plan, now how do you pay for it?  Together, we will address a common struggle of combination and volunteer fire departments to put ideas into practice with limited resources. When raising taxes is just not an option, there are still many avenues to pursue.  This class will discuss: grants (federal and local), fundraising, tips and tricks for applying, data analysis (its easier than you think!) and how to keep your funding once you win through good documentation.  We will work through live examples to show how to apply what we've discussed.
