Roy Smalley serves as a firefighter and the health & safety officer of Mayville Fire Department, where he has twice been named Firefighter of the Year. He is a certified personal trainer with nearly fifteen years working in fitness. As an athlete in his 50s, Roy has a personal interest in maintaining and improving fitness for active agers.
