Dave Snyder is a Risk Management Program Specialist with McNeil & Company. Dave has been an EMT For 30 years in NY and is a Past EMS Chief. For over 20 years, Dave served on his county’s EMS training team by assisting new EMT’s with skills development and mentoring. Dave has spent years on county and regional committees and has been twice named the BLS Provider of the Year by the Mid-State EMS Region. Dave currently volunteers with the Eaton Fire District as the 2nd Assistant Chief. During his 9 years with McNeil & Co., Dave has worked hands on with clients to identify loss hazards and offer recommendations for risk reduction. Dave has traveled across the country meeting with fire and EMS agencies providing risk management solutions, learning industry hot topics, and spending much of his time as an educator to help promote a culture of safety.
