This session addresses the need for better hands-on fire attack training that meets NFPA standards and is safety-oriented, but doesn't require money, certified instructors, special props, or special facilities. In this presentation, you'll learn how to better engage with newer members and younger generations, as well as how to use them as instructors. The program provides basic organizational structures and administrative elements to help improve your training, and potentially improve your ISO rating.
