What it means to be a mentor can have many definitions, depending on who you ask and what their relationship is to the mentor or mentee. This course takes a proactive approach to mentorship, providing usable resources for building a mentor program. It focuses on what goes into identifying the qualities we look for in an appropriate and effective mentor candidate; how to match a mentee with their mentor; and how to build, organize, and measure the effectiveness of a formal or informal mentorship program.
