Robert Brandt started his career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons before joining the Tucson (AZ) police department. He served the Tucson community in this role for 29 years on a variety of assignments.

In 2022, Rob was asked to assist in developing the department’s first wellness unit. In this assignment, Rob’s mission was the well-being of all department members
and retirees. He managed several programs designed to improve the health and wellness of department members, all centered around the Boulder Crest Foundation’s (BCF) Struggle Well program.

After retiring from the police department, Rob joined the Boulder Crest family, where he serves as the Struggle Well Director for the Southwest Region. In this position, Rob focuses on maintaining existing partnerships and developing new ones with public safety agencies to deliver BCF’s Struggle Well program to the nation’s first responders.

Rob lives in Tucson, where he loves spending time with his wife, three children and two grandchildren. Rob was a founding member of the 9/11 Tower Challenge Foundation, an organization dedicated to never forgetting September 11th, and holds a stair climb challenge every year on 9/11. Rob’s purpose of his life is to make the world a better place through service to others.
