With over 15 years of experience in the EMS and fire service, and more than 25 years as an instructor and educator, Pam Rogers has trained staff and volunteers in diverse settings—from remote wilderness environments in the west, to rural health clinics in Lesotho, South Africa to volunteer fire stations in Idaho. Pam specializes in equipping teams for success, especially in resource-limited environments like the volunteer fire service. Pam is presently the EMS & Fire Volunteer Coordinator for the City of Moscow Volunteer Fire Department which has 100 volunteer firefighters and EMT’s that respond to over 2800 incidents a year in a rural Idaho.
