Jill currently serves as the Public Safety Health & Wellness Coordinator for Sullivan County, New York. She is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Trauma Practitioner, and Master Trainer with the QPR Institute and ResponderStrong. A national trainer for leading fire service organizations, she designs and delivers custom wellness programs to support first responder mental health and resilience. Jill is a volunteer firefighter with the Kauneonga Lake Fire Department, a Fire District Commissioner, Region Director for the Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York (AFDSNY), and Chair of the Firefighters Association of the State of New York (FASNY) Behavioral Health and Wellness Committee. With a background in occupational therapy, trauma-informed care, mental health, and fire service training, she brings a unique, interdisciplinary perspective to wellness-focused initiatives across the fire and emergency services.
