Kim Clausing, Grants Project Manager at North Tooele Fire District since September 2023, brings over 21 years of government experience in grant writing, project development, and contract management. Prior to joining the Fire District, she worked with the State of Utah’s Division of Purchasing, managing procurement and contracts. Kim also spent 19 years at Tooele County Health as a program and contract manager, where she developed and improved programs to address health inequities. She played a key role in Tooele County Health’s National Public Health Accreditation, leading quality improvement initiatives and fostering community collaboration through diverse working groups.
