Jill is a National Board Certified Occupational Therapist, Certified Trauma Practitioner, and a Master Trainer with the QPR Institute I. As a trainer for the National Volunteer Fire Council's (NVFC) Psychologically Healthy Fire Department initiative and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), she designs and delivers programs to enhance first responder wellness. Jill currently serves as a Fire District Commissioner and State Regional Director, providing leadership and oversight at both the district and state levels. Her experience spans mental health, trauma, occupational therapy, and fire service training, equipping her to lead wellness-focused initiatives for first responders.
