Jill Holland is a mom and fourth generation volunteer firefighter with a passion for educating first responders on the importance and impact of proactive health and wellness. She is a National Board certified registered occupational therapist and certified trauma provider specializing in mental health and wellness. Jill serves on the Board of Fire Commissioners for the Kauneonga Lake (NY) Fire District and as a regional director for the Association of Fire Districts for the State of New York. Jill is a master trainer with the QPR Institute providing QPR (questoin, persuede, refer) training and training for QPR trainers. She is also a trainer with national and international fire service organizations. Jill has designed her own training and programs on grants and first responder health. When she is not on the road presenting, she enjoys spending time with her family in Sullivan County, NY.
