Brian Foley is an 11-year member of the fire service and currently serves as fire chief and battalion chief, EMS/Rescue in East Windsor, NJ. In addition, Brian is on the board of directors of the New Jersey State Volunteer Firemen’s Association, where he is the state association secretary and treasurer. Through his role, he serves on the NVFC board of directors representing the New Jersey volunteer fire service. Brian has served as a director-at-large on the NVFC EMS/Rescue Section since 2015. He is an occupational safety and human resources practitioner working in the logistics sector and has a bachelor's degree in human resource management, leadership and management, and entrepreneurial studies from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ. Brian is a New Jersey Division of Fire Safety fire instructor, an EMT, and a FEMA Incident Command System Instructor.
